Hi everyone, we’re Georgia and Ylli (pronounced “oo-lee”). We’re based in Philadelphia and love exploring both in and outside the city lines. We realized we had a similar taste for adventure as soon as we started dating and now prioritize spending our time and money on travel and experiences while balancing our 9 to 5 jobs.

We’re avid weekend adventurers and put this blog together to share how we make it work - from guides and itineraries to tips and inspiration. We can’t wait to show you what’s next!

Georgia grew up in Park City, UT where she spent her days hiking, biking, skiing and horseback riding. Her love for nature was instilled in her by her family’s annual National Park trip (her favorite being Bryce Canyon in Southern Utah). After graduating from Utah State University, she moved to Philadelphia where her extended family resides and currently works as a financial analyst for a commercial real estate company. When she’s not meddling in excel, you can find her shopping for her next favorite outfit, reading, playing pickle ball, trying as many restaurants as her bank account will allow and helping Ylli plan their next weekend getaway. 

Ylli grew up splitting his time between Warren, PA and Gjakova, Kosovo, where his family immigrated from in 1995. During his summers in Kosovo, he was lucky enough to also travel throughout Europe, inspiring his continuous desire to explore every country. He is fluent in Albanian, English, and knows just enough German to get by. Ylli graduated from Penn State University and after working way too many late nights at an accounting firm, found his way to his current job as a creative director for a social media company. When he’s not out for a drive in his car, you can find him on a run in Rittenhouse, catching up on The Great British Baking Show, making reels of his car, and doting over the love of his life, his cat Nemo.
